Appraisals
Avworth provides USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices) compliant reports. Our reports are used to establish fair market values. Our reports have been used by lending institutions, attorneys, insurance company’s, CPA’s, Corporations etc. They have been used in divorce settlements, IRS claims and disputes, charitable donations, establishment of purchase/asking price, insurance settlement etc.
Most appraisals include an on-site appraisal inspection of the aircraft and it’s log books and records. A careful evaluation of the aircraft's interior, exterior, powerplant and avionics inventory. Evaluation of prior damage history, current maintenance status and history to include upcoming required inspections. All of this information is then incorporated into a confidential, signed and certified report/legal document. The report also includes market analysis, comparable aircraft listed for sale and current Aircraft Blue Book, Vref, and JetNet data.
